Argan Oil against hair loss

Argan oil against hair loss
Argan Oil provides hair with important Vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids

The argan tree in the south of Morocco provides the fruit from which the precious Argan oil is extracted. For several centuries, the Moroccan Berbers have been using the oil to cure various diseases, as a part of their daily diet as well as a care product for the entire body. Traditionally, Argan oil is produced by family associations entirely by hand, so that its intense aroma, golden color and all the precious ingredients are preserved in their original form. Currently, Argan oil is already used all over the world in cosmetics, natural healing arts and in the culinary field.

Intensive Care for Hair Loss

Argan oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which are mainly composed of linoleic and oleic acids, which can each provide unique services to the body by taking it as a capsule or as a remedy or applying it directly on the skin and hair. It acts revitalizing and also promotes the natural elasticity of overstressed skin. Argan oil is already offered in various care products such as soap and shampoo, the direct application of cold-pressed Argan oil may also quickly show positive effects.

Increasingly, Argan oil is used successfully in cases of serious skin and hair problems and often achieves fast visible results. Especially by an intense care of the hair and scalp, Argan oil can support the healing process considerably and stimulate natural hair growth. Regular maintenance of the affected scalp strengthens the hair roots, prevents annoying dandruff and protects against thin stringy hair. In addition, grey hair may be generally delayed by applying Argan oil. It is assumed that pure Argan oil slows down and possibly even prevents hereditary loss of hair.

Different Types of Hair Treatments

The therapeutic treatment of hair with Argan oil can be done in very different ways:

  • For short-term effects, a few drops of the precious oil are gently massaged into the hair, which immediately regains its natural shine and suppleness. It also makes it easy to comb.
  • As an intensive treatment: 10/20 milliliters of Argan oil (varying according to hair length) are massaged into the damp hair and scalp with gentle movements. Then completely cover the hair with a towel and leave it on for at least thirty minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm clear water and ideally let it air-dry.
  • Warm Argan oil provides the hair roots much better and can be pre-mixed with a few drops of lemon juice for a fresh scent.
  • Even the internal application of pure pure Argan oil (1 teaspoon, 3 times per day) can achieve an extraordinary effect on the hair roots.
  • Methods of application are varied and often depend on individual preference and experience.
